Someone reviewed it. I think the language is Italian, but I understood most of it since Spanish is similar.

Looks like a positive review.

Any news on the 25”?

Do you think BenQ will release any IPS gaming monitors?

Zowie sub-brand is focused mainly in the lowest input lag side, and fastest average response time, that is most matter for competitive gaming, and Zowie engineers choice TN because they think are the best panels for this work. Others monitor specs are secondary.

Why Zowie not release a 2560x1440@240Hz monitor if panels exist since 2019 ? Because competitive gamers priorize overkill FPS Vs image quality. 500FPS FHD 240HZ best than 250FPS QHD 240Hz, is a pure competitive priority, so Zowie know that can't sell to much 2560x1440 monitors, and he doesn't waste time doing it, and they remove also all 2560 older monitors.

For the best motion blur reduction feel, monitor strobe with good image quality, contrast, bright, color, crosstalk-free, TN is not the best choice, for sure Viewsonic XG270 is much better Vs XL2746S because of:

Maximum GtG 100% transition time is lower in current IPS panels like Viewsonic XG270 or Acer Nitro XV273X 8.9ms, compared with Benq/Zowie XL2540 20ms :!:

I would like to see a Rtings.com review of XL2746S, to see if its maxumum GtG is lower than 8.9ms, that would be surprising.

Maximum GtG 100% transition time, or 99%-98%, is the GtG speed that matters for crosstalk-free or very low crosstalk.

Crosstalk is the main issue of DyAc feature, and i think only a huge improvement in Max GtG time could make DyAc monitors 100% crosstalk free, and maintain the same contrast and color of static content in movement content.

DyAc 100Hz is one frame each 10ms, MPRT 1-2ms, don't expect to get a good color and contrast if max GtG transition is up to 20ms, pixel color is far from the target.

Hi sorry for not understanding, but I cant find those numbers in the reviews. Can you please explain for a noobe?

XL2540 review, MotionBlur section, click on graph photo for zoom.

https://i.rtings.com/images/reviews/mon ... -large.jpg

100% values varies from 1.2ms to 20.5ms, 7.9ms is the average...

Average is a term used to hide exact data, to confuse novice people with rounded numbers. See all transition types, and get ur own conclusions. Some transitions need 11, 15, +20ms , crosstalk in TN is very unstable, from 1.2 to 20.5ms, hope XL2746S has fixed this and DyAc+ can make a good work.

100% GtG values in XV273X, with the same panel that Viewsonic XG270, varies from 3.5ms to 8.9ms, much more stable, and lower average also.

Anyone know the single strobe range of this model? Can it do 60hz?
