FreeSync isn't working properly on my Gigabyte M28U

Talk about AMD's FreeSync and VESA AdaptiveSync, which are variable refresh rate technologies. They also eliminate stutters, and eliminate tearing. List of FreeSync Monitors.

Freesync has stutters when you go below its minimum. Example: Range 48 - 120 Hz = You will stutter when you drop below 48 FPS.
This is especially true for 120Hz FreeSync.

Larger VRR ranges (e.g. 48-240Hz) will have fewer LFC stutters than smaller VRR ranges.

For divergence between gametime:photontime -- the stutter penalty is 1/120sec for LFC on a 120Hz VRR display, and the LFC stutter penalty is as little as 1/240sec on a 240Hz VRR display. So wider VRR ranges really help.
