Iracing tripple monitor borderless freesync not working anymore

Hi,

I recently reinstalled windows, and gsync was working on iracing on tripple screen monitors (aoc 27g2u) out of the box.
I don't use nvidia surround, but set up tripple monitors using windowed mode in the renderer.ini file of iracing.

The strange thing is that it seems to work randomly, and now i don't get it to work at all anymore (only in fullscreen single monitor)
Yesterday i found that the geforce indicator was shown after i resized the windowed iracing or switched between bordered / borderless in the iracing settings.

Today, i cannot seem to get it working at all anymore...

i use nvidia 3070ti with drivers 511.79

My nvidia settings:
gsync compatible chosen
vsync enabled
use highest refresh rate available

My 3 monitors are set at 144hz in windows, and freesync is activated on the monitors itself.
I use rivatuner to cap the framerate to 141fps

Does anyone have an idea what the reason could possibly be?
I did not change any software or update any drivers....

Strange thing is, i just power cycled my middle monitor (while the side monitor's were still on).
After the middle monitor turned back on, my open program windows shifted all the the right monitor.
When i then started up iracing, gsync works...
