Help pick 27" 1080p freesync monitor compatible with nvidia

Hey!
It's that time of the year! Previously I got AOC AG251FG based on recommendations here but sold it months ago because TN and bad image quality. Since then I am just using standard 27" 1080p 60hz ips. I am fine with dpi. 1080p looks surprisingly good on 27" and when needed, 1440p or 4k dsr works like magic.
Now I am again looking for something. I want to use it with gtx 1060 6gb and ps4 exclusives. Maybe I will get xbox one or who knows, maybe ps5 will support freesync, so I think getting Freesync monitor nowadays is even better investment than Gsync. Especially that Nvidia accepts freesync now.
I also think 1080p is a good choice because many consoles games are locked at that resolution and I would avoid scaling. On pc it's just a matter of performance.
I am considering VA monitors, 16:9 and 21:9(can display black borders on consoles). Here are the models I've researched but did not tried myself yet.
LG 34UC79 and 89 (Ultrawide. Unknown differences between freesync and gsync versions)
AOC C27G1 (Not many opinions on this one. It's very cheap and looks promising)
Samsung 27CFG73 (Might have issues with text and smearing?)
Samsung 27CHG73 (heard many qc issues. hdr is useless, 1440p is demanding)
MSI MPG27C and MPG27CQ (1080p and 1440p va monitors)
Asus VG279Q - the only 1080p 144hz ips? no reviews.
So You can see there is some choice. Seen some opinions that samsung CHG has some issues with freesync on nvidia.
Also -That ultrawide LG and 16:9 Asus VG279Q are the ONLY 1080p 144hz ips monitors.
If I've missed some models, please advice
