Unstable monitor frequency in games with freesync

Hi. In games like cs: go, dota 2, I observe a unstable monitor frequency (yellow top right). Connection monitor via DP (via HDMI g-sync does not work).
Monitor: Acer Nitro VG240YPbiip
GPU: GTX 1070
G-Sync+Vsync: on (in Nvidia control panel)

RiveTuner FPS Limit OFF: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mkGEM8Q-z0s
RiveTuner FPS Limit ON: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aGyIdc1a8jw

As you can see, the monitor frequency is unstable and drops to 90 hz
when I limit FPS to 141, the monitor frequency jumps a lot and I see jerks of the screen.
I tried to use full-screen mode, but with it the colors in the game go wrong to standard

tried pubg: https://youtu.be/y9q5WeN8IDE

Should the monitor frequency be so dynamic? Or is it a monitor marriage?

My monitor (xg248q) jumps in frequency just like your guys' if I cap at 237 (it's a 240hz monitor) the on screen display shows 240hz a lot of the time, is it just a bug with the on screen display and it's working correctly or do we need to return?

Any news on the issue?

When I set 120 FPS, the monitor frequency drops completely to 90 Hz
