FreeSync, LFC and low fps.

Talk about AMD's FreeSync and VESA AdaptiveSync, which are variable refresh rate technologies. They also eliminate stutters, and eliminate tearing. List of FreeSync Monitors.

FreeSync, LFC and low fps.

My GPU is a little dated and it can't handle new games very well (RX 470 4GB, alongside an i5 8600 and 16GB of RAM). Currently I'm playing New World and I'm getting framerates that range from 30fps to 50fps. The FreeSync range of my monitor (AOC C24G1) is 48-144 Hz.

So, in this scenario, would it be better to:

1. Don't modify the FreeSync range and let LFC do its thing.
2. Extend the low end of the FreeSync range to avoid getting into LFC-zone and match the refresh rate and framerate at all times. I've been tinkering with CRU and I can get the range as low as 30-100 Hz.

Thank you in advanced Blur Busters, you're doing a hell of a job!
