FreeSync Flickering After About 1.5 years

Hi,
I have LG 24GL650-B for about 1.5 years. Lately, I have discovered that when I enable FreeSync it does flicker a lot. I don't remember having this issue before, it now flickers furiously. When I disable the FreeSync, the flickler disappears. So, this is absolutely FreeSync issue. I tried:
-VRAM INIT in the service menu
-Uninstalled the driver via DDU and reinstalled it
-Changed DP cable that comes along with the monitor with another having certificate
-Factory reset through OSD panel
-Tested with another PC
