The fps counter only goes up to 120-130 and is unable to Sync on a 144hz monitor.

Im running:
- RTX 2080
- i9 9900k - 5gz
- 64GB 3200mhz RAM

I have disabled all extentions and closed all programs running in the tray.

Does anyone know what might be the issue?

Pattern reminds me of multimonitor.

If using multimonitor, disable all monitors, except for the primary.

If using laptop, close laptop lid, use only external 144Hz display.

If using RGB software or other background software, please quit all system tray apps and see if that works.-
