Re: Stutters and Tearing issue in my XL2546K
You don't want to use testufo for these type of tests. "Stutters and tearing" is more for a preview/simulation rather than testing. I assume u used one of the non ideal demos instead of "Smooth (VSYNC ON)"?
For proper testing use any game or testing oriented game like Smooth Frog.

Re: Stutters and Tearing issue in my XL2546K
That specific TestUFO, while used as a demonstration of stutters/tearing, is showing abnormality: The tearing demo of TestUFO randomizes the location of tearlines throughout the whole screen.
So, try www.testufo.com/photo full screen. If you see tearing, then you've got VSYNC OFF forced for fullscreen in NVIDIA Control Panel. TestUFO is a VSYNC ON system, but browser fullscreen mode sometimes gets (partially) overridden by the sync technology configured in NVIDIA Control Panel.
