MSI Afterburner causes UFO Test to fail to sync when open.

If I have MSI Afterburner open with version 4.6.5.16370 the UFO test will immediately drop 2 fps and fail to sync consistently saying detected browser stutters 1+ however the second I close it its back to ready even with RTSS open by itself without MSI Afterburner. Is this normal behavior? I stopped having MSI Afterburner open when playing games bc of this.
