Best FPS Gaming Monitor For Pc & Console

Hello fellow Blur Buster's

Now as the title states im looking for the bese fps gaming monitor... Games i will be playing are Cod, battlefield, csgo, also playing gta, the division, far cry and other titles..... As im looking to get into competitive fps as they are my main games i play everyday, the other games are just played casually

Things im looking for in the monitor are... I know its a lot to ask for but i really need help

Will be using this on Ps4 and Skylake build using a sapphire r9 390 gpu

Freesync or G-sync dont know nothing at all about it
TN or IPS panel, open to suggestions
120hz or 144hz, open to suggestions
1080p resolution
Low to no input lag
1ms gray to gray, for TN panel, IPS as long as it does not affect FPS games
Low to no motion blur
Excellent colours, picture image and clarity
Clear image and text, as i hate fuzzy text and image
Buget is around $450 to $500 willing to spend more if necessary

Get a Freesync monitor with HDMI for your PS4. I don't really know anything about what's considered to be "good" in this category, so you'll have to do some research of your own.
