What's the best settings for AW2518HF?

So I saw a few threads mentioning AW2518HF but they're too old to comment and bump. Some people mention a 220FPS cap, some a 239.760 cap, Gsync on or off etc. But basically I am using a AW m15 w/2070 Max-Q and I do not see any VRR settings when using either a DP or HDMI cable. Is it simply from using the laptop GPU? I could have sworn I have seen Variable framerate in the settings before, but NV drivers are always adding, removing or breaking things so idek. I tried using CRU to play with settings as well, but didn't notice anything substantial comparing Gsync on/off. Thanks for any info

AW2518HF doesn't have any adaptive sync option in OSD. It can only be enabled/disabled through nvidia cp or radeon software.
I think for nvidia gpu best setting would be normal overdrive. If u like freesync make sure you cap your fps ~5 fps below the set refreshrate.
