XG240R RMA Process

Hello. I just bought 3 different ViewSonic monitors and all of them were defective. I just recently RMA'd XG240R and the service offered me "REF*XG2405-2" as exchange. I think it's refurbished monitor and as my monitor was defective out of box, I don't want to accept refurbished monitor as exchange. I also want to know whether if XG2405 is good as XG240R in terms of responsiveness, gaming etc. I actually want to have XG2431 however it's still not available in europe I guess. What can I request instead of XG2405? My Viewsonic monitor experience has been pretty bad due to defected monitors and service process.

If XG2431 is not available, which one should I go for? XG270, XG2705-2K, XG271QG.
I want to have fast and clear monitor and am not sure about whether if XG271QG has red phosphor issue or not.
