Hey, I was just wondering how the monitor is. Is it worth it? Because I can't handle 27 inch especially with just 1080p.ChotaH wrote: ↑12 Apr 2022, 00:51So I just put an order on Amazon with 135 $ shipping and taxes fees for this model, lol. I hope Burak is sure with his statement, or he is perhaps gonna feel my great vengeance and furious anger
OMG, why I just had to fall in love with this monitor so much, it just performs and also looks so good, no bizarre alien design.
I even wanted to buy more pieces and sell the spare ones for a fair price to cover the fees, but it just rises linearly with every piece, so no big deal in this case.

Sadly, no new information about XG2431 in Europe at this time.
However, multiple importers now sell it in Europe -- if you find them, or order from Amazon USA, etc.

Thanks, and do you have other recommendations for similar displays in europe atm? Should I wait maybe?
Also I wanted to ask you, as I understand it to get a clear image in the case of a 240hz monitor there are several methods ranked from best to worst :
1 Having overkill fps and just using a high refresh rate monitor with sample and hold
1bis Using ULMB and the triple lock at 120 or 144hz (small lag)
2 Using ULMB triple lock at 240hz but you'll get crosstalk and small lag
3 Not having overkill fps and just using basic VRR from 100 to 240(arbitrary numbers, I guess the image is not so clear in that case) ?
My question is in a usercase with limited gpu power for recent titles but a good monitor with hz clearance, only method 1bis and 3 become available, playing mainly battle royale fps where the important stuff are : locating the enemy in landscape while moving around constantly and having good reaction time
1bis would be a good way to make use of available hardware right? Or does one need more fps than the fps lock?
Also using that method what monitors have low lag at 120/144z and by extension at 60hz (elden ring, emulator games)?
Thanks for your time and answers
