Does Asus OD increase input lag? Does Nvidia Control Panel ULMB increase input lag?

Hi I just wanted to ask if the OD option on the Asus PG248Q 180hz monitor increases input lag. And also does the ULMB setting in the monitor technology in Nvidia Control Panel increase input lag?

OD (overdrive) does not affect input lag. It affects pixel response time. It's intended to reduce motion ghosting (medium setting) or decrease pixel response time (high setting) at the cost of possible reverse ghosting. See:

As for ULMB, it does have a small latency penalty. It's usually somewhere between 2 and 5ms, depending on the monitor. See:
