I continue to deal with the choice of monitor. There was an idea to take 24 'I'm not sure if it will be good in conjunction with the 27 ' already existing monitor. What do you think of the Acer Nitro XV252QFbmiiprx? Perhaps this is the best solution for my needs? How does it compare to the Viewsonic xg270?
sorry, didnt see you need 1080p. XV252QF will be similar price, atleast in my region. after a 20 monitor journey its my main for now, but unlike others i use it on 300hz OD normal, no freesync/strobing.

It's ok)
If I understand you correctly, you are currently using
Acer XV252QFbmiiprx?
You are right, it is usually more expensive, but now there are offers comparable in price to the Viewsonic xg270. I found information on the forum that the Acer XV252QFbmiiprx has flickering problems, is this true? Even if you allow, I wanted to ask, but Acer will be interesting if it is not used at full frequency, but for example at 144Hz. I'm afraid my PC system will not give more stable frames in Apex legends)

Still interested in the question: Which monitor will be more interesting for Apex Ledends, given the characteristics of the PC I described, Acer V252QFb or Viewsonic xg270.
Currently using AOC c27g1, with strobe, at 144hz. But I see blurring in dynamic scenes :(

VG279QM and XG270 have same 2019 IPS panel. There should be newer 2021+ 27" 240 Hz panels with faster gtg but I just don't know which are those. Could be AOC 27G2Z, Samsung S27BG40, Philips 27M1N5200PA, not sure tho. There are a few new Acer 280 Hz monitors but those could be 2019 gen, also not sure since there is no info.

How much difference there will be depends on what games u play and how you use your eyes - stationary gaze or tracking eyes or mix of both. For stationary gaze there won't be much of a difference, while with tracking eyes u might find 240 Hz noticeably better, although still not a massive upgrade. Faster response times benefit both situations so switching to something faster is almost always beneficial.

Discorz,to be honest, I'm completely confused :(
As I said earlier, I already have one AOC c27g1 monitor, now my goal is to get a good responsive monitor for Apex legends, but how to choose the right one so that I don’t get disappointed later?
I'm willing to take 24-27', FHD, but with a nice responsive panel. I agree that it is better to take the panel of 2021 than 2019, but here the problem is the lack of experience of other users. As a rule, people come to the forum for experience and advice from more experienced people. The AOC AOC 27G2Z is cheaper than the same Acer vx252qf and its frequency of 240Hz is more logical for me, since in apex I am unlikely to achieve more than 240 fps, but again, how fast is the panel . Although Notty said on the forum, she's good...

Discorz, I see that among your monitors was aoc c24g1, did you feel the difference in smoothness after switching from it to Asus VG279QM? I'm asking because I want to understand how much difference there is between a va panel and ips and what to expect if I decide to buy aoc 24g2zu - I was interested in it. Now I use my monitor with a Strong strobe and MBR 10, and still, if I make sharp movements of the mouse, I see blur.

Before we conclude anything open up a game of choice, play normally as you do but try and switch between overdrive off and strong. Also enable freesync and make sure to maintain consistent locked 140 fps. Than let me know if you can tell the difference between the two. Try and pay attention to your eye movement, do you track targets more than gaze stationary. Take your time with testing, I need accurate feedback. This will help us determine to which type of blur you are more sensitive to, ghosting or stroboscopic effect.

Thank you for your help! I will definitely check this, but first I wanted to clarify whether it is required to lock on 140 frames? Now I have a stable 200 frames.

Syncronized refresh rate and frame rate (Hz=fps) will always feel smother. Lock it for testing purposes.

EDIT:
Forgot to mention, switch between MBR off and 15-20. Do you notice difference? This requires exactly Hz=fps cap or vsync + uncapped fps. Just for test u can use vsync but it will add latency, try not to focus on that, only clarity improvements matter.

I tested with 144fps locked in the game, 144hz on the monitor, there were the following cases:
1. The menu did not include anything.
2. In the menu included overdrive strong.
3. In the menu included overdrive strong and MBR 10
4. In the menu, I turned on overdrive strong and freesync.
From the point of view of my feelings, it seemed to me that the 4th point was the best, but the difference was insignificant compared to the 2nd point.
Now about the movement of my eyes. Perhaps I misunderstand this because of this, I will try to explain as much as possible: In the game, it seems to me that I do not move my eyes to a greater extent, although sometimes this probably happens. I also look through the scope, not at him. Blurring I see most strongly when I make quick movements with the mouse, then the enemy and the background begin to blur.
If I move using the keyboard keys and focus on the central target, there is almost no such effect.
