How far away are 4k / 240hz / 27inch monitors?

Hi guys,
does anyone know if there will be 4k/ 240hz/ 27 inch flat monitors in the near future, hopefully in 2023? i am aware there is the g8 curved 32 inch, but that's too big for my needs.
