Yes, it's a form of ghosting/corona. See LCD Motion Artifacts. Try adjusting your Overdrive setting on your monitor.

Which monitor are you using?

For me, it's persistence if i Flick my mouse fast, i Can see an afterimage because overdrive does not change anything.. even blur.

Yes, it may be that too --

Although LCD GtG and overdrive does change the overshoot effects, it does not completely eliminate the stroboscopic effect -- it's well explained at The Stroboscopic Effect of Finite Frame Rates.

Retina refresh rate (where no further humankind benefit is derived) is not until ~4,000fps at ~4,000Hz for a 24-27" 1080p display, and not until 20Kfps 20KHz for a 180-degree retina-resolution VR headset. Related reading is Blur Busters Law: The Amazing Journey To Future 1000 Hz Displays.

Does we need to cap framerate if we got frame pacing , frame spikes or frame skips? I mean if in 2seconds you got 200fps 140fps than 80fps does the variable overdrive Can follow like g-sync does or vrr overdrive can't apply an overdrive when frame drop too fast?

Because in Bad optimize games on ultra with no FPS cap you got a lot of frame drop and stutter and its impossible to stablize at 150fps smooth.

If it was stroboscopic effect , why the blue paint does not ghost like thé yellow one, and the overdrive is set to off in this vidéo...

What i am experiencing is a trail/Ghost behind any contrast object when i Flick my mouse fast, its not ghosting because if i move my mouse smoothly it not smear AT all

Even when i set motion Blur i still see this strange effect..

Here if you stare at the snow on the tree you Can clearly see an afterimage of what i see on ALL objects.

even with Blur overdrive g-sync or any kind of settings...
