Upgrading to 1440p 240hz>

Post by ysenojftw » 24 Jun 2022, 14:25

Currently on a Alienware 360hz ips, feels extremely blurry etc. I have a 3070 and a 5800x, looking to get 240hz-280hz 1440p 27” screen. Any recommendations for best clarity and pixel density? I don’t use any sync methods just uncapped raw fps.

Currently, when it comes to 1440p high refresh rate monitors, the Omen X 27 is the monitor to get if you want raw sample and hold clarity.
Otherwise, if you want to get a IPS, get the PG279QM, XG27AQM or XB273UGX.
However, you should wait for the new 1440p 360hz panels and perhaps consider running your 360hz with ULMB (especially the 144hz setting), as that will lead to much better motion clarity compared to stock 360hz.
