hello .
I have a question, according to rtiings the best overdrive for my screen at 240hz is 60.
however, when I play a game stuck at 60 fps with vsync, even if my screen is always set to 240hz, do I always have to apply the overdrive setting for 240hz? or the one for 60hz?

you are doing it wrong and reading it wrong.

Best overdrive is not a Hz number but one of 3 profiles. Usually the slowest one as the faster ones suffer from overshoot. Not always of course, sometimes the slower ones suffer from ghosting.
