G-sync compatible setting with Asus vAriable OD

Hi to all, i have buy a 32 inch monitor fast ips with g-sync compatible and variable overdrive (Asus one). Can some one tell how it works? And how i need to set it?
In addition i see with native g-sync monitor too that when I turn the mouse "fast" some objects seema to duplicate... I strange seems a kind of ghosting, i see it near buildings in bf 2042. Not much noticable but I see it, like a drop in frame rate make this much marked effect.
What I can do? Add a bit of motion blur?
