Hi guys,
I have used blur busters for a while (unregistered), however, I decided to create an account and ask for help.
Yesterday my monitor was fine. But I woke up today and turned on my computer to this:

I'm not a monitor guru so no idea what has happened. Has the monitor just given up?
I have tried reseating the cables, keeping powered off for a bit, different display ports, reset the monitor settings... None of that has worked.
Does anybody know the cause or is it just b*ggered?
Maybe just a sign to buy a new monitor ....
Monitor issue. Unsure what caused it.

if the same issue happens in the BIOS, it's not a software issue.
try using a different cable and a different video port on the GPU. if the issue persists, that monitor is defective. RMA it if it's still under warranty. if it's out of warranty, you gonna have to buy a new monitor.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried a different DP port and it was the same and my other 2 monitors also work fine in the DP port (GFX Card end). Pretty sure it's out of warranty now. I'm thinking about getting the Samsung Odyssey Neo G8 so it could be a sign, however, just worried about Samsungs QCBoomchakadah wrote: ↑23 Sep 2022, 04:11if the same issue happens in the BIOS, it's not a software issue.
