Budget monitor recommendations in the EU

Hey, i basically cant find 1 of the recommended monitors in stock that isnt 800 dollars, wondering if you guys know of any good monitors in the 250 dollar range especially since its black friday, doesnt have to be more than 144hz and preferebly a tn panel (only good looing straight at it?) but that doesnt matter if enough people on here vouch that its a good monitor.
