Monitors with LG's LM245WF9-SSA3 panel

Post by prod1G » 30 Nov 2022, 12:51

Any XG259CM owners here? I've read it has the same LG panel as the S2522HG..
Would be interesting to see a comparison, as the Dell's feature set is kinda lacking, imo.

Yeah not much info! Big portion can be predicted tho if u're familiar with manufacturer tuning and XG series.

Apparently the 280Hz Lenovo Y25-30 is also using the LG LM245WF9-SSA3 panel. Only ~50€ more than the S2522HG in Germany.
I found some chinese YT videos of it and the XG259CM, but they sadly did not review the S2522HG for measurement comparison.

What could be the difference other than "for S2522HG" and "Fast IPS"? (<-isn't this just marketing?)
There is a LM245WF9-SSA2 in the VG252QX, but it seems to be an older panel?

Im very interested on the xg259cm, trying to choose between this one and the senior but trusty old vg259q. Dont like the panel on the vg2431 /xg249cm

I stumbled across this nice guy in reddit, feel free to ask him any questions. You are more knowledgeable than me guys
