refresh rate test on dual monitor setup

Hello,
I am runnign the following setup:
Main diusplay: 2560x1440 at 144hz (Display Port)
Secondary: 1920x1080 at 75hz (hdmi)
both are conencted to a 3080.
Running the Refresh Rate test on Chrome ( Uptodate) will give following results.
Window on the main display: 144hz..as expected
Window on the secondary display: also 144hz...Am i missing something isnt it supposed to show 75hz ?
PS: i tried the test with and without Vsync
