I like to use http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/ to adjust my monitor.
I can use the contrast section to adjust not only contrast -and some tweaks to brightness- but also colour balance as higher R,G or B values will show as more blended in the picture.
Black level to adjust contrast in a dark room for minimum brightness setting.
White saturation to adjust for brightness clarity.
and a few other tests.
Since I don't know many others who like to tweak monitors like I do, I thought I'd share what I use.
What do you use?
Does Blur busters have such a thing?
Do you think Blur busters should have something like this to be a bigger hub to Monitor tuning without the additional hardware?
Thoughts on first time monitor setup?
Everything about displays and monitors. 120Hz, 144Hz, 240Hz, 4K, 1440p, input lag, display shopping, monitor purchase decisions, compare, versus, debate, and more. Questions? Just ask!
