I have a xl2411z connected with DVI to my GTX 970
When i turn on," istant mode" i have flickering on my screen, likes a video-noise...
Why?

What is the nature of your flicker?
This is a low-processing mode (less lag). This can affect multiple things, including inversion flicker and/or temporal dithering flicker.
