DIY Engineering Feats by YouTuber Matthew Perks (DIY Dual Layer LCD, DIY Water-Cooled Ultrabright Backlight)

Post by Chief Blur Buster » 14 Mar 2023, 01:54

Before today, there was no Blur Busters Hall of Fame, but a youtuber has now earned a decision to create a Hall of Fame for feats that Blur Busters deems worthy.

Later this year, a webpage on the main Blur Busters website will document these, but I've got to focus on my other projects (working for 240Hz OLEDs!)

Being a DIY hobby turned business, Blur Busters democratized display testing, including inventions such as TestUFO and the display motion blur capturing pursuit camera (as cheap as $0 using existing smartphone) used by over 500 content creators (including LTT and RTINGS) with combined viewers of over 100 million people worldwide.

So without further ado, watch Matthew Perk's YouTube channel videos ("DIY Perks") of DIY display engineering feats worthy of Blur Busters admiration:
