XL2720Z Best non-gaming settings?

Hey guys!

I was wondering what settings I should set for optimal image quality outside of gaming. Profile 1 is set to my liking currently for CSGO, and I have a less saturated version, with the blackEqualizer turned off when I'm just reading news sites etc on the desktop (profile 3). When I start up a .MKV 1080p movie I notice some really poor dithering occurring and was wondering if there are other settings that would not be best suited for text/ video watching. What does AMA and Instant Mode do? Those are on, in both profiles, and I'm wondering if IQ is hurt a bit with them on.

As for colors, i'm okay. I'm using TFT Centrals profile for the monitor as well as a manual calibration. It's just these other hardware settings i'm unsure about!
