Looking for fastest 1440p 240hz monitor

I need helping deciding on a monitor to purchase. I want a 1440p 240hz monitor that has very low motion blur and fast response times. Most of my games will reach 240fps but for some like Tarkov I want a monitor that handles below max HZ well also. I was looking at the Alienware 2723df how is this one? Or any other suggestions? I play competitive fps games.
