$825. Goddamn! I am definitely not buying this until I see lots of reviews and it's gotta better than benq'x 360hz

looks like its not that good. Im guessing the benq 360 is still the best esports monitor

How did you deduct that it's not that good? There's a single review that isn't technical; not from a gamer; they say they can't see a difference between the two, not that it's worse than the benq.
Nothing from that implies that it's not good or worse than the benq. Wait for proper reviews before jumping to random conclusions.

There’s a review by pcmag I believe that states this monitor has a surprising amount of input lag. I’ve also seen the number 7.7ms thrown around on Reddit, which should be taken with a grain of salt. What’s interesting is of the handful reviews on google, not a single one includes a UFO test.RestTarRr wrote: ↑25 Mar 2023, 18:20How did you deduct that it's not that good? I find it hard to believe this monitor will have good motion clarity when the 1080p 360hz IPS panels were all subpar when it came to response times.

What’s the overall summary/conclusion of the review?
I can’t listen to that guy for 25 minutes .

Is the response time so critical to look at zowie's crappy colors? It seems to me that you will not notice the difference in response time between ips 360 and tn 360 and the low response time of the tn panel will not give you any advantages. It all comes down to the clarity of the image in motion.Grasshopper24 wrote: ↑25 Mar 2023, 19:57There’s a review by pcmag I believe that states this monitor has a surprising amount of input lag. But understand that in csgo there are no models moving so fast that they blur in motion.
At any 360Hz ips, the blurring is already negligible and imperceptible in the game.
Many pro players play on ips 360 and have no problems.
Moreover, I read quite a few reviews that dyac leads to severe eye fatigue and causes headaches. Dyac = crt monitor, same strobing backlight. People do not understand this and spoil their eyes.

I tested the xl2566k and acer 390hz (IPS) side by side in games and the Zowie had noticeably less ghosting/trailing, even without dyac. The colors are surprisingly good once you calibrate. I was surprised at how good the colors were in game since all I ever read online was how shit TN panels are. Maybe the general public will not be able to tell the difference, but a keen/sensitive eye definitely will. The image looks cleaner when moving your mouse around.F1zus wrote: ↑31 Mar 2023, 14:58Is the response time so critical to look at zowie's crappy colors? I think you need around 80% refresh compliance to actually see the benefits of higher refresh rates and all the 1080p 360hz IPS struggled to make it past 60% meaning 40% of pixel transitions do not occur within the refresh window resulting in more ghosting. The Zowie 360hz and asus pg27aqn are around 90% compliance( depending on overdrive) and the only panels that actually give a true 360hz experience.
