Overdrive 3 (4 and above unusable while 3 has basically no overshoot)
4 hour warmup

270hz enabled
ELMB off
Used the viewtopic.php?t=4782 method.
240hz has very very very slightly less ghosting.
Got monitor for 260 bucks on amazon.
