object trails on monitor

hey i have asus tuf vg249q1a and rtx 3060 ti
when i play any game if i move the mouse fast while watching at any object i see 10-20 of those objects what is the problem ? i play on 144hz.same applies to everything on screen ingame if i see like a few streeghtlights and move mouse fast left and right im seeing alot of them, this is really annoing and feels that something is wrong
