Help with new Laptop Monitor

My new laptop monitor seems to be behave strangely. When moving my cursor behinds a white background or any light background it seems to blend in making hard to track where it's going. It seems that the outline of the cursor appears to get thinner when in motion causing it to blend in more to the background. Scrolling text seems to make it thinner and more blurry compared when not in motion. I don't really know what's going on here and couldn't really find anyone having a similar issue online and decided to ask here for any help that I can get. The laptop that I got is the Legion 5 7th Gen if anyone of you were wondering
