Best settings for Benq 360hz monitor?

I currently use the ZOWIE XL2566K TN 360Hz, I primarily play CSGO and was wondering what are the best settings for minimal input lag, maximum smoothness, etc. What does the "AMA" setting do, I currently have it on premium. Ty everyone.

AMA determines the pixel response time, it is the overdrive mode. Higher AMA = faster response times at the cost of overshoot which looks like black smearing.

For Valorant and Csgo I’m running :

Mode : FPS 1
AMA Custom: 15
Dyac off
Brightness 75
Contrast 50
Sharpness 10
Color vibrance 10
Black equalizer 5
Gamma 3
Color temp user define : 99 - 98 - 100

Most of these are personal preference but I would say AMA 12-18 is pretty good overall.
