Hello everyone,
I recently encountered an issue with my LOQ (15" Intel) laptop with up to RTX 4060 graphics card. When I connected my laptop to an external monitor that only supports a refresh rate of 60Hz, my gaming laptop [https://www.lenovo.com/ca/en/d/gaming-laptops/] screen also switched to 60Hz, despite the fact that it has a 120Hz refresh rate.
I tried changing the refresh rate settings in the Windows display settings, but I couldn't find an option to keep the laptop screen at 120Hz while the external monitor is running at 60Hz. Is there a way to fix this issue?
I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide. Thank you in advance.

You have to "Extend" to make this work. "Mirror" will not work.
It works best if the laptop is the primary monitor, not the external display. Different-Hz multimonitor can be sometimes problematic.
You may need to use NVIDIA Control Panel instead of the Control Panel.
