Polarizing filters (VG258QM/XL2540K/X 25f users and others)

Hey, I would like to make a request to users of the following monitors (ASUS VG258QM, Zowie XL2540K, HP Omen X 25f) but also anyone with other monitors, if you are curious please do feel free to report your results:

If you happen to have sunglasses with polarized lenses at hand, could you please put them in front of your monitors and rotate them to check at which angle they darken. I have an older Philips TN 223V, it's diagonally polarized and a lot of modern LCDs seem to have a vertically polarizing layer. It could be many other things but I've been experiencing discomfort looking at more modern screens and it may be linked to polarization, if you have the ability to check this it would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
