I don't think any1 can tell U the right choice. G7 is extremely curved and 2546k is flat panel - only this one point is enough to like one or another. The best choice is to order them both, compare side by side on Yours desk and return one U don't like.

Personally i'm still on 240Hz TN 1080p and wanted to change to 1440p IPS. So i ordered IPS and just couldn't stand the IPS glow. Even colors weren't much better on IPS - returned next day. I guess my next monitor will be OLED.
