Settings for Asus TUF VG259QM Gaming Monitor

I have seen multiple different settings videos for VG259QM and other Asus monitors alike, however I feel that none of the settings are calibrated to my preferences. I have a 1660S with 16GB of ram and a AMD Ryzen 5 5600X with ⁓160 - ⁓260fps. I am mostly looking for settings best suited for competitive Fortnite and/or VALORANT. If you have any ideas or suggestions then that would be greatly appreciated.
