My PC has been stuttering for awhile, I opened up afterburner and noticed that "GPU engine 9 usage %" was getting random spikes down to 0.
Now the "GPU usage" graph was fine, no dips or anything.
But what is this "GPU engine %" stuff? And how come (pics attached) numbers 2,3,4,5 for example are not in use? But engine 4 and 9 are? Can't find anything online regarding what this is or what this measures.
Thanks!

What is "GPU engine 0, 1, 2, 3 etc" on MSI afterburner?
