do any displays refresh "globally" instead of top to bottom?
The new Sony a9 III has a global shutter and it got me wondering, do any displays refresh globally instead of top to bottom? I'm sure the difference would be subtle but I know a lot of us here are quite sensitive to these types of things and we're perfectionists! Very curious to know more about this.
