[Help] vg279qm being so blurry inside games

Hello,
So I had this problem for some time, my monitor (vg279qm) is so blurry in games unlike the blur busters tests i did, Like I'm talking blurry to the point of barely seeing close enemies.
I can easily maintain 300+fps and tried capping at 280, 275 and more.

Overdrive is set to 80 and gsync is disabled, tried elmb and had similar results.

I tried my friend's and my brother's monitors which were 144 hz and 165 hz (at their setup) compared to mine which is 280hz and they were so much better.

Frame time and fps both stable

My setup:
Rtx 3060
H610m s2h ddr4 rev1.2
I5- 12400f
(2x8)gb 3600 ram

Any help is welcome.
