VG258QM vs XL2546

Hey everyone! I have been considering buying one of these 2 monitors used (viewsonic one not available used where I live ) but I am not sure which is better
I did some research and the Asus has the QISDA panel but I am not sure
I am a heavy cs2 player and would love to use DyAc/ELMB but it seems like the Asus gets really dimm with ELMB on while the Zowie has no issues.

What is y'alls recommendation? Cheers
