Does anyone happen to know if the thinkpad t60/t60p (the last 4:3 laptops) have a flicker free screen?
So, far i have found a video on youtube showing a t60p having no flicker only when its max brightness. Not sure how true that can be.
Cuz, otherwise, they are perfect. Matte, ips and as a bonus 4:3 (16:9 for laptops is fucking funny).
Also, im a little pissed, that laptop makers peddle the same shit for 10 years already... and if you want a screen that wont burn your eyes out, prepare to pay 800+EUR, cuz ips, flicker free and even matte coating are all reserved for the "HIGH END", where you also have to pay for i7 cpus and big, hot videocards that you dont need.
