[Help] Rainbow Dot Pattern When Overdrive / ELMB is on

Hello, so ive been owning an ROG XG248Q for 3+years but just recently noticed a thing, In daily basis I dont rly use overdrive / elmb option, but recently figured out that both options might give a slight advantage in gaming but whenever I activated the one of the option in osd, my monitor keep showing this weird dots pattern. The higher overdrive the clearer this pattern shows, elmb shows the worst pattern.

Ps: when I turn off overdrive/elmb the patterns gone

Any idea whats the reason of this?

Is my panel
defected or is it something related to adapter/electricity?

In case its related to RIG related, I'm using 3070 connected via display port cable

I have the same monitor and play with ELMB and have never seen anything like what you showed. For reference, I have had it since 2019, and since 2021, I have been using it +12hr a day (I'm a developer working from home). No issue whatsoever.
