Weird issues on Acer XV272UKF

Like my previous Acer XV272UX, this Acer XV272UKF also have a weird bug that if i want to play at 1080p upscale to fullscreen ( for games like Osu! or even Apex Legends on an another build that only have a RTX 3070 ), the screen feel less smooth...
I know now why...these screen have a weird bug on their firmware that lock the refresh rate below 240hz ( like, 144hz, i can have the proof by using G-Sync and when i play at 1440p it's 240hz for the XV272UX and 300hz for XV272UKF but when i downgrade to 1080p upscale fullscreen, i have 144hz on both )
Wth is this bug seriously, on the XV272UX which have an OC 270hz mode, when i activate it and i choose 240hz on the Nvidia Control Panel, it seems to fix the issue but sometimes it doesn't work, like, holy hell how i'm supposed to fixed this issue ?
I've also have this issue with a screen in 2023, the Mobiuz EX270QM.

I also have a bug that is absolutely boring to deal with...but with pratically all recent screen : ALT-TAB is slow and show black screen before show me the other tab.

That's honestly a shame, did you have a proper fix with maybe CRU ? to fixed these issues ?

I really want to keep this monitor, it has good potential, really but a monitor with slow ALT-TAB is really not ideal or pleasant.

I already tried with CRU but nothing seems to work, anyway, it's weird that on this monitor it have 300hz refresh rate but not below, i mean, it only have 60hz > 144hz and then 300hz.

isn't this the same panel as the asus xg27aqmr?
I belive the 270hz panels were better. at least from my testing.

Yes it's the same, an INNOLUX panel.

But what about my issue ?

The XV272UX are clearly not better than the XV272UKF, for some reasons.
