The double sided strobing seems pretty useless at anything below 240 HZ because of severe cross talk, something DYAC 2 was supposed to solve
Zowie never claim that DyAc2 will give better performance at lower refresh rate, their monitors are always sold to perform at the desired hertz rate, like the XL2566K, they said that if you do less FPS there is no point in buying it.
They only claim that DyAc2 is more eyes friendly and having less crosstalk than old DyAc at same refresh rate.
Not all people live in US, OLED cost more than 1K in EU and in other country.

Matte coating monitors especially TN looks like Vaseline smeared sh!t and severely degrades image quality.
However if Vaseline smeared sh!t is your thing you can get regular OLED gaming monitors for $700 or often $600 on sale.
I don't understand anything you say other than talking in a vulgar way, TN are not worse than IPS in terms of coating (did you see Alienware/Dell coating on their IPS/TN lmao ? they look horrible), semi-glossy are actually worse because they have much more reflections and reduce sharpness like matte but yes, no matte treatment should exist anyway.
However it is a good treatment in LAN competition.

All of which are significantly cheaper than a 540 HZ TN crap that can't even do real 540 HZ mind you those 540 HZ TN are more in line with 240 HZ OLED because of how slow LCD technology is.
That's called Refresh Compliance but keep in mind that your IPS are pratically never compliant to their refresh rate, if you want higher refresh compliance on IPS you need to get a LOT of Overshoot on your face to get a true Hertz experience on some of IPS/VA panels.
TN are better in terms of refresh compliance and managed Overdrive better.

With that said if the XL2546X supported strobe utility and 60 HZ single strobe mode it would easily be worth the price as strobing is absolutely necessary at 60 HZ where it has the biggest impact. But at this rate BenQ has no offering that competes with the XG2431 cause of blur buster 2.0 certification assuming you get a good working unit that is.
I have literally no issues with my XL2546X, works perfectly at 240hz, input lag are instantaneous, crosstalk are not bad at all at max refresh rate and it's for now the best TN experience that i've had with all TN monitor that i've tested, this one does not coil whine, does not have weird color clipping that you cannot fixed, does not have any overshoot, i don't care about low hertz, for solo games i play on my big LG Glossy OLED TV, i've played for 2 years with 1440p IPS and i prefer so much this TN panel, yes a TN panel believe it or not.
I can't wait to test the MSI that you'll link above, i've plained to test that since when it was release but the delivery is so long and i hope QD filters will not hurt my head like my previous QD monitors does.
You already have CRT's and XG2431 for 60hz/120hz strobe niche.
