Just got my BenQ XL2420Z, mode, settings, etc?

Yo!

Just got this monitor but have no clue what settings to use.

Should I be using 120hz when surfing/etc and just use 144hz when gaming?

Also, best program/way to calibrate the monitor to better colors, looks pretty weird to me - coming from e-IPS


What I want is;
One mode which focus primarly on cs:go/dota2 with as good colors I can get
And one mode which focus on colors/reading/surfing/movies



Example, I've now used pcmonitors to apply a IC profile. Will this profile be core = When I change between FPS1/sRBG/cs go mode etc. This IC profile(color calibration) will still be the main. except im just changing other modes?
