XL2566K vs ROG STRIX XG259QN

I'm currently looking at buying the XL2566K for my main monitor as I'm an ESPORTS player, specifically CS2, and yes I know the current situation with Zowie being the supplier of the monitors for majors, tournaments, etc... but I'm curious.. how much better really are they in comparison to something like the ROG STRIX XG259QN? IPS panel FHD, or even QHD 1440p?

Is the ghosting negligible at 360-380hz? I'm currently on 240hz and notice the tearing on vertical lines whilst having smooth mouse movement (tracking in one position to pre-aim or searching for the correct angle for the enemy, whilst tracking and moving in-game, so mouse movement + in-game movement = SMALL, VERY SMALL amounts of ghosting)

can someone give me a second opinion before I just pull the trigger on the either of these? thanks for the insight and knowledge you contribute, it's appreciated.
