My computer flashes black when I turn on G-Sync Compatible while using 2 monitors

i am using 2 monitors
1 aoc 24g2 144hz compatible with G-Sync
2 msi pro mp243 is not compatible with G-Sync

And it seems like I can only witness it with the naked eye because when I use screen recording software, it doesn't detect anything in the video.

I see many people use 2 screens like me but don't have the same problem
